Royal Stag Roast

I ordered a bag of coffee and unfortunately when it was delivered the sachet had a tear in which resulted in half the coffee spilling out of the sachet (I wasn t sure if the product was damaged or if this happened via post). I contacted Ruaridh via email who was amazing! He ensured me that the product would have been checked before packaging and would not have been sent out like this. He confirmed my postal address so that he could send me a replacement. I actually received 2 bags of coffee as a replacement which was very kind. Overall very happy with the product, response & delivery times and the customer service provided. Will definitely purchase from roaring stag again in the future. Thanks ️
