Delivery

Deliveries are free of charge on orders over £20. Orders under £20 are charged at a flat rate of £3. All deliveries are sent out within 3 working days of ordering (excluding made to order - please allow up to 5 working days) - if there is a delay you will be notified by email. We use DPD and Royal Mail. ORDERS OVER 2KG ARE SENT WITH DPD or UPS REGARDLESS (excluding Highlands and Islands). We do everything we can to meet the delivery times specified in this section. However, occasionally delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g. problems obtaining authorisation for your payment, strikes etc) and therefore they cannot be guaranteed. We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay but please wait up til 14 days for delivery.

Returns

Where you have purchased the goods or services as a consumer you are entitled to cancel any contract completed with us within 7 days from the day after receipt of the goods or services. We will endeavour to deal with any refunds in a prompt manner. We will issue refunds to the debit/credit card used to place the order.

Returned good must be returned in the same condition as they were when they were delivered until such time as the goods or services are either collected by us or delivered back to us by you.

To return any items, e-mail us at roaringstag@btinternet.com quoting your order number. The items should then be returned by an agreed delivery method.

We cannot cover return postage costs. Items should be returned to us by Recorded Delivery or equivalent service. You may obtain a proof of posting at any post office, this is free of charge.
